Awesome variety
From fresh Italian to spicy Asian food, we have a catering option for every occasion, taste and budget.
Easy to use
Ordering catering is a breeze with our easy-to-use online platform that's currently #1 in Australia.
Milks for everyone
We can deliver full-cream, lite, soy milk, almond milk and more to suit all tastes, budgets and dietary needs.
Delicious food that's healthy too
CNN, Healthline, Condé Nast Traveller, the BBC (and the list goes on) all list Japanese cuisine as one of the healthiest in the world. It contains little sugar, few processed ingredients and includes plenty of fish.
And not only is it healthy, it's delicious! In fact, after France, Japan has the most restaurants with Michelin stars. So, they must be doing something right!
So if you're often ordering in pizza or burgers for your office catering and want a more balanced diet, consider adding Japanese to the menu.
A huge variety for all dietary needs
So much more than just sushi rolls, Japanese food is actually super varied. Other staples you'll find on most Japanese catering menus also include ramens and udons, curries, marinated meats and vegetables served with rice, stir-fried noodles and plenty more.
Even better - it's an incredibly versatile cuisine that's easily adaptable for anyone's needs. Whether you're needing to keep things vegan, gluten-free, vegetarian or dairy-free there's something to eat for everyone on a Japanese menu.
Rice is naturally free of gluten, dairy-free and suitable for vegans, so depending on what you top it with, or roll within it, it could be a great base for ticking off a whole bunch of dietary restrictions.

Gluten-free
Rice is naturally gluten-free, so most rice dishes will be safe for coeliacs. However, soy sauces do often contain gluten, so make sure you're not serving anything that's been marinated or dipped in soy sauce. You can get gluten-free sauces, though, so no one has to miss out on flavour or eat dry sushi platters.
If rice isn't your thing, pure soba noodles are gluten-free as they are made from buckwheat. Other noodles, including udon, do contain gluten.
Dairy-free
Very little Japanese cuisine contains dairy, so luckily dairy-free guests are easy ones to cater for. One occasion to watch out for here, is cream cheese in sushi rolls. While traditional Japanese restaurants likely won't have this menu item, many sushi restaurants to.
Vegetarian and Vegan
Vegans and vegetarians certainly won't be going hungry! Tofu and other soy products are very common on Japanese menus and are often used to replace animal products on sushi platters, in soups and other dishes. If you're an eggplant fan, miso eggplant is also a great alternative to meat in Japanese dishes like donburi.

Our favourite Japanese eats
- Sushi: Usually available as individual portions or as a share platter, sushi can be served up as a main meal on its own or as a grab-and-go finger food too.
- Ramen/Udon soups: These noodle soups are great as a warm-up on a cold winter day.
- Donburi: Bowls or rice topped with a protein, which is often fish or meat. Vegetarian options are available too with tofu, egg or vegetables.
- Bento boxes: A great option for individual lunches, these sectioned-off boxes can serve up just about anything from sushi, to teriyaki chicken, to grilled eel with plenty of side dishes to go with it.
- Poke bowls: Okay, these are technically Hawaiian, but very much inspired by Japanese cuisine! Usually served with a base of sushi rice (but sometimes cabbage or noodles), these bowls are packed with all kinds of toppings like raw fish, edamame, seeds, seaweed, avocado and more.
Not looking for main meals? These are our favourite Japanese finger foods to try
Tired of cheese boards and party pies? Try some small bites of Japanese food as an alternative to canapés and grazing boards.
- Tempura vegetables and prawns
- Simple maki with cucumber, avocado or salmon
- Edamame beans with some chilli salt
- Takoyaki (battered octopus balls)
- Yakitori skewers

Is Japanese food healthy?
Of course every cuisine has its indulgenes, but the bulk of Japanese food is quite healthy.
If you steer clear of fried foods and try to minimise the amount of rice you eat with your meal, the seafood-heavy diet is fresh and rich in nutrients.
Is Japanese food spicy?
Almost every cuisine offers spicier dishes, but compared to other Asian cuisines like Chinese or Thai, Japanese food is quite mild.
Will my Japanese catering order be delivered hot?
Our caterers will always deliver dishes warm if they're meant to be consumed while warm. So if you're ordering miso soup, ramen, donburi or yakisoba, your food will be delivered warm.
Sushi platters will be delivered cold, even if there are items that are heated or warmed with a blowtorch when being prepared.
